本研究は、昨年度に引き続き、旧軍用地ストックの土地利用転換によって、戦後の都市空間整備が大きく寄与した事実に着目し、旧軍用地ストックが都市空間整備にどの様な役割を果たしたのかを明らかにすることを目的としている。1。研究の成果(1)戦後におけるわが国の国有地政策の変遷、軍用地(自衛隊、在日米軍)の状況について明らかにした。(2)軍用地および軍施設の用途転換に関する基本方針と全国的な傾向について、明らかにした。(3)防衛庁防衛研究所所蔵の旧日本陸軍公文書により、旧軍用地のリスト(所在地、面積)を収集し、分析を行っている。(4)関西圏において土地利用転換された用途ごとのリストを作成した。兵庫県明石市を対象として土地利用転換の状況を調査した。(5)大阪市を対象として、公営住宅(大阪市営住宅、大阪府営住宅)の用地取得方法について調査をおこなった。研究の成果は、まず、日本建築学会大会(東北)学術講演梗概集(2000年9月)において発表し、順次、公表していく予定である。

This study aims to explore the effects of land use change and urban space improvement in the past year. 1。Research results (1) The transition of state-owned land policy and the situation of military land (Self-Defense Forces and Japanese Army) after the war. (2)The basic policy concerning the use of military equipment and military facilities is to change the situation in the country. (3)The old Japanese army official documents stored by the Defense Research Institute are collected and analyzed. (4)The land use of Kansai was changed. Survey of land use change in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture (5)Osaka City, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, Osaka City, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, Osaka City, Osaka City The results of the research are summarized in the Academic Lecture Collection of the Japanese Architectural Society Conference (Tohoku)(September 2000).
