项目摘要

[研究目的]高専教育の特徴である専門教育に寄与するためには1年生からの専門書利用を促進する必要がある。そこで本研究では1年生の専門書利用の促進方法を提案するため、資料利用実態の分析から資料利用傾向の相違点を明らかにし、専門書利用促進のための知見を得ることを目的とする。[研究方法]1. 2010年4月から2015年3月までの5年間の本科学生(1年～5年)の貸出履歴データについて、1年生が多く利用する非専門書の利用に着目し、①非専門書を利用している学生の専門書の利用状況②非専門書を利用していない学生の専門書の利用状況の2点の視点で分析した。2. 非専門書をNDC分類9[文学]とし専門書はそれ以外の分類に属する資料とした。①では専門書を多く利用する学生を分類9の利用冊数を昇順に並べた時の3/4位以上に該当する学生と定義して抽出し、これらの学生の専門書利用状況の特徴を明らかにした。②では非専門書を利用していない学生を分類9の利用冊数を昇順に並べた時の1/4位以下に該当する学生と定義して抽出し、①と同様に特徴を明らかにした。[研究成果と今後の課題]1. 分析結果から①非専門書を利用している1年生の専門書利用はそれほど多くない②非専門書を利用していない1年生の専門書の利用も多くないことが明らかとなり、非専門書の利用が専門書利用に直結していないと結論づけられた。2. 2年生以上で専門書の利用が多くなっていることから、1年生の知識では上級生が利用するような専門書を読むことは難しいと考えられる。3. 高等専門学校では技術に興味を持って入学する学生が多いこと、全学科で目的の資料のみを利用する傾向が強いことから、入門書のような簡単な専門書や技能向上に役立つハウツー本などは容易に利用できる可能性が高いと推測された。そこで今後入門書やハウツー本の所蔵状況および利用状況の調査を行い、1年生の専門書利用促進方法の提案を行う。

[Objective] The characteristics of higher education and the necessity of promoting the utilization of higher education books. This study proposes a method for promoting the use of one-year-old books, analyzes the status of data utilization, and identifies the conflicting points of data utilization trends, so as to achieve the objectives of promoting the use of books. [Methods] 1. 2-point analysis of loan performance of undergraduate students (1 - 5 years) during the 5 years from April 2010 to March 2015, utilization of non-specialized books by first-year students, utilization of specialized books by non-specialized students, utilization of specialized books by non-specialized students, utilization of specialized books by specialized students, utilization of specialized books by specialized students. 2. Non-literature books are classified as NDC 9 [Literature] and non-literature books are classified as NDC 9 [Literature]. (1) The number of books used by students in category 9 is increased, and when the number of books used is 3/4 or more, the definition of students in category 9 is increased, and the characteristics of the utilization of books by students in category 9 are clearly indicated. 2.
