本研究は, 年度当初に行っている「心の健康」に関する保健調査の結果を生かして, 心理的課題を持つ生徒を早期発見し, 継続的に必要な支援をするために, 調査結果及び日常の健康観察の様子など必要な情報が記録できる専用の記録用紙を作成することを目的とした。4月に実施した保健調査(短縮版お茶大式学校メンタルヘルス尺度)は, 先行研究を参考にして, 各尺度において上位10%にあたる得点を有する生徒を抽出する方法を選択して分析した。ヒット数の多い生徒はメンタルヘルス上注意が必要であることの目安として学級担任に結果を提示し, 日常の健康観察と関連させて評価した。さらに, 1年生については, 夏休み明けにも同様の調査を実施し, 特に4月に把握したメンタルヘルス上注意が必要な生徒の得点変化に注目し, 学級担任と情報共有を行った。以上の結果から, 支援が必要として抽出された生徒については, 保健調査の結果及び日常の健康観察, 出欠状況, 保健室利用状況などの必要な情報を各個人の記録用紙を作成して記録した。このようにカルテ方式の記録用紙を作成したことで, 容易に個々の状況が把握でき, 特に継続した支援に対して有効に活用できた。しかし, 記載する内容などについては, 必要に応じて修正していく必要がある。また, 全体を通して保健調査の結果が, 支援を必要とする生徒を把握できたかどうかを明らかにするために, 保健調査と欠席日数, 遅刻回数, 早退回数及び保健室利用状況との関連を検討した。その結果, 数値としてはいずれも無相関に近い値ながらもいくつかの項目に有意な結果が得られた。したがって, おおむね生徒の状況を予測することは可能であったと言える。今後は, 調査の継続実施と事前より課題としていた保健調査結果の生徒自身へのフィードバックを検討したい。
