○研究目的本研究では, 「協同的学び」を促す授業デザインに基づいた小学校体育授業実践と, 専門外の教員が多い小学校体育において, 子どもの動きの質を高める教師の見取りを明らかにすることが目的である。○研究方法協同的学びを促す授業デザインについては, 岡野・山本(2012)の「『体育における対話的学び』のデザインの手順」に依拠し, 個人種目領域である4年生の高跳び(全7時間), 5年生のハードル走(全5時間), 5年生の跳び箱運動(全7時間)の授業デザインを構想し, 授業実践を行った。それぞれの実践において, 動きの質の高まりが期待できると想定される場面を中心に活動中の教師と児童のかかわり, 児童同士のかかわりを重点的に記録し, 場面を事例的に切り出し, 分析を行った。○研究成果子どもの動きの質を高める教師の見取りについては, 以下の3点が効果的であることが明らかとなった。1. 動きを高めたい局面や動きに困難さが見られる局面の一つ前の局面や動きに注目すること。(動きを分断せずに、一連の流れとして捉える。)2. 動き自体ではなく, なぜその動きをするのかという運動の認識(思考面)に注目すること。(その際は, 子どもに尋ねたり, ふり返りカードへ書かせたりすることでも把握する。)3. 個人の動きとして捉えるのではなく, 仲間やモノ(教具や場)との関係によって生まれてきた動きとして捉え, 他者やモノ(教具や場)とどのようにかかわっているかに注目すること。このような点に考慮して子どもの動きを見取ることで, 子どもの動きの質が高まることが本研究の事例から明らかとなった。
