1 研究内容と成果の概要(1) 研究内容 自分が担任している1年生の1クラスを基本クラスとして1年間を通して研究対象とし, ビデオ撮影やICレコーダーの録音による授業記録, 授業後の感想やアンケート等を分析することで, 児童が道徳の授業において, 児童の道徳性がいつ, どんな原因で育成されるのかを調査した。また, 基本クラスと児童の実態が違う他のクラスにおいて, 発問や展開の仕方をそのクラスに最も合うと思われる方法にすることで, 同じように道徳性を高められるという仮説を立て, 授業を実施し比較検討した。(2) 成果 道徳の授業において, 児童の道徳性が高まっていると思われる時, 児童は活発に自分の意見を他に伝えようとする様子が見られる。また, ビデオ撮影によると「はっ」とした表情や大きなうなずき等に表れ, 音声記録においては, 「あっ」「そうか」「そうそう」「えー」「違う, 違う」などのつぶやく様子が見られた。これらは, 児童の感情が揺さぶられている時に自然と出てくる態度や声であり, 道徳性の育成のためにはこのような感情の揺さぶりが必要であるとわかった。これらを引き起こす大きな要因として「教師の問い返し」「友達の意見」「教材への深い理解」「授業に意欲的に取り組むための工夫(話し合い活動や教具)」があげられる。比較検討するクラスで最適と思われる方法に変化させて授業を行ったところ, これらが見られる授業においては, 本時の目標達成は, ほぼ同じように見られ, 児童からも「楽しかった」という感想が得られた。2 意義と重要性 道徳の教科化をきっかけに, 全国的に道徳の授業の在り方について意識が高まってきている。現在, 道徳科の授業づくりについて色々な方法が検討されているが, 児童が道徳性を育成でき, 児童も教師も楽しめるような道徳科の授業づくりを行うために, これらの研究をさらに深めていく必要がある。
