○研究背景・目的小学校学習指導要領におけるスキーの扱いは「スキー, スケート, 水辺活動などの指導については, 地域や学校の実態に応じて積極的に行うことに留意すること」という位置づけがされている. しかしながら, 長野県のような降雪県においても, 年1度だけ数時間のスキー学習しか実施されていないのが実態である. そこで本研究では, 限られたスキー学習の機会を効果的にするために, 雪上以外の場面においてスキー滑走動作の運動アナロゴンを発生させる教材づくりを目的とした.○研究方法スキー滑走において日常動作との大きな違いは, 滑る運動という点である. 一方, 我々は日常生活の動作においては極力滑らないように生活しているといえ, ここにギャップが生じているといえる. このギャップにスキー初心者はまず困惑するのではないかと考えた. そこで, 滑る運動感覚を学校体育や遊びの場面で身に付けられる教材を生み出すこととした. 教具は体育館で良く滑る素材のマットを選定し, それを用いて様々な運動遊びを考案した. H29年11月からH30年1月にかけ, N県N市の小学校3校で滑る運動遊びをとり入れた体育授業を複数回実践した. 体育授業では, 全2～4時間での体つくり運動領域として実践し, その他, 全校体育の時間や体育授業の準備運動で滑る運動を実施した. さらに, 各校で実施されたスキー教室後に, 授業を行った児童に対しアンケートを実施することで, 体育館で身につけた「滑る感覚」が雪上で生かされたかを検討することとした.○研究成果アンケートの結果, 児童の意識レベルにおいて, 実践した滑る運動遊びとスキー滑走との間に類縁性が確認され, 滑る運動感覚が宿ったとは断定できないものの, 滑る運動とスキーの運動が結びついていたことが明らかとなった. 本研究で実施した教材を実施することにより, スキー初心者の児童のスキー学習がより効果的になることが示唆された.
