项目摘要

1 研究目的 : 本研究のねらいは, 小学校の朝の会での活動を通して, ドラマ教育の理念・手法を用いることができる教員を養成するための初期段階のプログラムを開発することである。2 研究方法 : 本校での勤務が1・2年目の教員7名(研究協力者)を対象に, 朝の会における自己表現力開発の活動実践にあたっての問題点等を継続して聴き取ったり, 録画した映像をもとに相談・助言を行ったりすることを通して, ドラマ教育に初めて触れた教員が興味・関心をもって活動できるプログラムを作成するために必要な事柄の知見を得る。3 研究成果 :<効果の実感>○短時間(15分程度)の活動であっても, 継続することで研究協力者は, 以下のような子どもたちの姿から, ドラマ教育の効果を実感した。・学級の雰囲気が温かくなる。・子ども同士がお互いの表現を大切にして, 見たり聞いたりした。・普段は引っ込み思案な子どもがにこやかに友達と交流ができた。等<見出されたプログラム作成にあたっての留意点>○指導者は, 個別の活動のねらいだけでなく, ドラマ教育を通してどのような資質・能力を育みたいかという目的を明瞭に持っておくことが必要である。そのことがタイムリーな指導につながる。○表現の技法以上に, 次の点が実現できるように見取り・声掛けを行うことが重要である。・安心して表現できるようにすること・自分の表現にこだわりを持てるようにすること・責任を持って表現できるようにすること・相手の考えや思いを聞きたいと思えるようにすること○活動の最初にねらいを子どもたちと共有することによって, 短時間でも効果的な運用が可能である。○個々の活動内容を分類したり, 配列を考えたりするなどして, 初心者も系統を意識して指導に当たれるようにすることが必要である。そのことが指導者の不安を取り除くことにつながる。
