本研究は,職業実習が職業へのやる気や意欲に与える影響を明らかにすることが主な目的であった。そのために介護福祉士養成学校の学生(以下,学生)を対象に,介護への動機づけと介護実習中の体験について測定を行い,介護実習の前後で動機づけに変化が見出されるのか,介護実習中の体験のうち何が動機づけに影響を及ぼすのかについて検討を行った。先ず第1の目的として,介護への動機づけを測定するための尺度(以下,介護動機づけ)と介護実習中において利用者と良好な関係を築いたという体験(以下,関係性体験),介護士としての自信を感じた体験(以下,有能さ体験),自分で判断し行動できたという体験(以下,自律性体験)を測定するための尺度(以下,実習体験)の作成を行い,尺度の信頼性と妥当性の検討を行った。次に第2の目的として,介護実習前後で介護動機づけに変化が見出されるかどうかを調べるために,117名の学生を対象に実習前の1年生と実習後の2年生の介護動機づけの違いの検討(横断的研究)と,110名の学生を対象に同一個人の実習前後の動機づけの変化の検討(縦断的研究)を行った。その結果,横断的研究および縦断的研究ともに,実習前に比べて実習後では介護への楽しさや興味が高まることが明らかとなり,介護実習に参加することで介護活動への自主性が高くなることが示唆された。さらに第3の目的として,実習体験が介護動機づけに与える影響について検討を行った。その結果,関係性体験,有能さ体験および自律性体験が介護活動への楽しさや興味を高めること,特に関係性体験が介護動機づけに強い影響を与えることが明らかとなり,介護のように利用者と関わる職業実習では利用者との関係が重要であると示唆された。これらの結果をまとめ,現在,査読のある学術論文に投稿中である。

This study focuses on the effects of occupational training on occupational health. The motivation of the mediator and the physical condition of the mediator are measured in the target group, and the motivation changes before and after the mediator practice are observed in the target group, and the influence of the physical condition of the mediator on the motivation and the physical condition of the mediator practice are discussed. First, the purpose of the first step is to measure the motivation of the media.(hereinafter, the mediator motivation), the mediator practice, the user, the good relationship, the mediator self-confidence, the mediator self-determination, the self-determination, the behavior, the self-determination, the measurement of the scale (hereinafter, the self-determination), the scale reliability, and the appropriateness are discussed. The second objective was to investigate the motivation of 117 students before and after the intervention, and to investigate the motivation of 110 students before and after the intervention. As a result, cross-sectional research and research on the prevention of disease have been carried out before and after the practice, and the autonomy of the prevention activities has been increased. The third purpose of the study is to investigate the effects of environmental factors on environmental protection. As a result, relational bodies, competent bodies, autonomous bodies, and protective activities have a high interest, especially relational bodies, and protective motives have a strong influence on users.
