项目摘要

本研究は、入学選抜方法と学業成績の見地から看護師学校養成所の現状と課題を明確にし、優秀な学生確保と看護師国家試験合格に資する基礎資料を得たいと考え、岡山医療センター臨床研究審査委員会の承認を得て実施した。研究目的は、(1)高等学校評定平均、学内成績、国家試験における各学業成績の入学選抜方法(一般・推薦入学方式)による差異、(2)入学試験と学内成績との関連、(3)入学試験と国家試験との関連、(4)学内成績と国家試験との関連の以上4項目を明確にする事であった。分析対象は、2001年～2008年の入学生のうち最終学歴が高等学校の新卒者である女性とし、成績をデータとして扱う事に同意を得た451名であった。入学年度毎に解析した結果の概略は次の通りであった。(1)基礎分野、専門基礎分野、専門分野Iにおける学内成績と国家試験には入学選抜方法による差はなかった。一方、推薦入学者は一般入学者に比べて高等学校評定平均は高い傾向にあるが、専門分野II、統合分野、臨地実習での学内成績は低い傾向にあった。国家試験の成績からみると一般・推薦入学方式共に同程度の学力を有する学生が選抜出来ていた。しかし、推薦入学者の高等学校評定平均の信頼性や看護の専門性が高まる科目での基礎学力は危惧される。さらに、短期大学や大学では推薦入学者の学業成績は一般入学者と比較して良いという先行研究との相違点から、専修学校における推薦入学方式の課題が示唆された。(2)一般入学者の高等学校評定平均と推薦入学者の小論文は学内成績と関連を示す傾向にあり、入学後の学内成績の予測因子となりうる可能性が見出された。(3)一般入学者の国語、英語、及び推薦入学者の面接は国家試験と関連を示す傾向にあった。読解力が求められる文系の基礎学力が国家試験の成績に繋がる可能性が見出された。(4)専門分野Iの成果が国家試験と関連を示す傾向にあった。本研究から、推薦入学方式の課題が見出され、文系の基礎学力や専門分野Iの重要性が示唆された。

This study aims to clarify the current situation and issues of nursing school development, ensure the basic data of qualified nursing students, and obtain the approval of Okayama Medical Center Clinical Research Review Committee. The objectives of this study are: (1) the differences among college evaluation averages, in-school scores, and national test scores in the selection methods (general and recommended admission methods);(2) the correlation between entrance test scores and in-school scores;(3) the correlation between entrance test scores and national test scores; and (4) the correlation between in-school scores and national test scores. The analysis targets 451 new entrants to higher education from 2001 to 2008. Annual analysis of the results of the survey (1)Basic Division, Division I, Division The average score of recommended students is higher than that of general students. The average score of recommended students is lower than that of general students. The results of the national examination are generally recommended. Students with the same academic level are selected. The average reliability and nursing of recommended students in colleges and universities are high, and the basic academic ability of subjects is dangerous. The academic performance of recommended students in junior colleges and universities is compared with that of general students. The topic of recommended admission methods in junior colleges and universities is discussed. (2)The average score of college students and the probability of predicting scores after admission are shown. (3)Chinese, English, and recommended students face the national test. The possibility of solving the problem and seeking the results of the national examination can be seen in the basic academic ability of the text system. (4)The results of the national trial are shown below. This study shows the importance of basic academic ability of literature department and division of subjects.
