本研究は、特別支援学校の初任者研修における主要な研修内容の1つである「学習指導案作成に関する研修」について、全国の国立大学附属特別支援学校における教育実習や全国の教育センター等における研修内容の分析と、筆者の実践研究の蓄積等をもとに、「特別支援学校学習指導案作成の手引(試案)」ならびに、「学習指導案研修プログラム(試案)」を開発するものである。研究の方法としては以下の通りである。1全国の国立大学附属特別支援学校が作成の「教育実習の手引」ならびに、全国の各都道府県教育センター作成の「特別支援学校初任者研修の手引」の中の学習指導案作成に関する指導資料を収集し、様式や記載内容について検討を行う2各資料の分析結果から「学習指導案作成研修プログラム(試案)」を作成する。3各資料の分析結果と筆者がこれまでの研究蓄積をもとに、「学習指導案の記載例」を作成する。4 1,2,3についての研究報告書を作成し、関係機関に配布する研究の結果としては、全国附属特別支援学校28校と、16の各都府県の教育センターの資料を分析し、特別支援学校における学習指導案作成のミニマムエッセンシャルズを明らかにし、ステップ1から4までで構成される学習指導案研修プログラム(試案)を開発した。また、筆者がこれまで特別支援学校で作成してきた学習指導案を収集し、学習指導案作成のミニマムエッセンシャルズに照らし合わせ、「学習指導案の記載例」を編集した。これらを研究成果報告書としてまとめ、全国附属特別支援学校及び全国教育センターに配布した。
