1、研究目的 近年、わかりやすい授業の展開により児童生徒の学力向上を図るとともに、教職員が校務の負担軽減と効率化を実感することで児童生徒と向き合う時間を確保し質の高い学校教育を提供できるよう、教育の情報化が推進されている。本研究では、教職員の負担軽減に資するため、整備したICT環境を十分に活用し、校務効率化・標準化を実現するための手立てを実証的に検討することを目的とした。2、研究方法 教職員自身が求めるコンピュータシステムを明らかにするため、事務的な校務の多くを担う主幹教諭・教務主任と、教育活動にICTを利活用している若手教員に聞き取り調査を行い、一般的なソフトウェアを使用し実際に校務事務に利用できるツールを開発した。また、ドキュメントスキャナを利用し、文書の電子化及びサーバ保管を想定した電子ファイリングシステムを試行した。3.研究成果 (1)ツールの開発…マイクロソフト・エクセルを使用し、転出入児童生徒情報と総児童生徒数管理ができるツールを開発した。メモのレベルから就学指定通知の写しまで紙で散在していた、予定を含む個別の転出入情報の管理と児童生徒数の即時把握が可能となり、学校現場における学籍管理の正確性確保と効率化が図れた。(2)電子ファイリングシステムの試行…保存文書の検索が容易になったが、文書の共有の面では、個人の作成文書を共有財産として各々が意識することに課題があった。なお、ヒアリングにおいて教務主任からは「従来の事務手続きを変更するのが不安」、若手教員からは「校務事務が子どもに還元できている気がしない」という意見があった。校務の負担軽減にあたっては、ICTの利活用を推進する一方で、同時に、校務事務の内容と手順の精査を学校現場と行政が一体となって進めることが必要である。

Research results (1) Development of child population information and child population management It is possible to ensure the legality of student registration management on the school site by means of the management of individual access information and the real-time control of the number of children. The dean of the school said,"I am worried about the future of school affairs." If the teacher said,"I am worried about the future of school affairs." The burden of school affairs should be reduced, ICT utilization should be promoted, the content of school affairs should be carefully checked, and the school site should be integrated.
