○研究目的性教育における生徒の変容を測定する授業評価尺度く以下、ICS尺度)を作成するとともに、社会的学習理論を用いた性教育プログラムの有効性を量的、質的に検討することを目的とした。○研究方法研究A:ICS尺度の作成及び信頼性・妥当性の検討(1)対象全国の10校の高等学校に通う1,2,3年生698名を解析対象とした。再検査法として、沖縄県内の高等学校1校の1年生89名を分析対象とした。(2)調査期間2010年9月27日から12月9日(3)調査内容:回答方法は、5件法。(4)分析方法:最尤法による探索的因子分析を行った後、各因子間に相関を過程するプロマックス回転をかけ、因子の解釈と項目の選定を行った。尺度の信頼性については、クロンバックのα係数、再調査による2回の得点のピアソンの相関係数から検討した。尺度の妥当性について、「平均値の差」によるt検定、(2)モデルの全体的評価について、GFI,AGFI,CFI,RMSEAを用いた。研究B:社会的学習理論を用いた性教育プログラムの有効性の量的研究と質的研究(1)対象沖縄県内における高校生計389名.(2)調査期間平成23年4月11日から9月17日(3)調査内容と手続き(1)ICS尺度(2)自己管理スキル尺度(3)SOC尺度(4)授業に対する主観的評価(5件法と自由記述)(4)194名と195名の群に分け、一方は社会的学習理論を用いた性教育プログラムを実施し、一方は講義形式の性教育プログラムとした。(5)分析と評価繰り返しのある2元配置分散分析により、社会的学習理論を用いた性教育プログラムを実施した介入クラスの教育効果を評価した。テキストマイニングにより教育効果を評価した。○研究成果ICS尺度は、環境プレッシャー尺度と時期尺度の構成項目をそれぞれ3項目とした。クロンバックのα係数は、「環境プレッシャー」尺度0.671、「時期」尺度0.731であった。再検査法によるピアソンの相関係数は、「環境プレッシャー」尺度0.813、「時期」尺度0.776であった。モデルの適合度(GHI=.993,AOFI=.981,CFI=.993,RMSEA=.035)は最良な値であり,一定程度の妥当性が確認できた.社会的学習理論を用いた性教育プログラムはICS尺度、SOC尺度で、交互作用が有意であった。自己管理スキルは群間に有意な差が見られなかった。ICS尺度、SOC尺度で介入効果が見られた。
