1.研究目的インターネットを基盤とする社会の情報化により、誰もが情報発信できる時代になった。情報の受信者としての望ましい態度育成だけではなく、情報発信者として情報の正確性や情報が社会に与える影響、知的財産の保護についての理解が必要不可欠となった。そこで児童・生徒に作品や製品を生み出す経験をさせ、情報の受信者の視点からだけではなく情報発信者の視点から知的財産の保護について教育を行うことで、情報モラル・知的財産に対して理解を深めさせていくことを目的とした。2.研究方法情報モラル・知的財産の教育は高等学校段階のみで行われるものではなく、発達段階に応じたアプローチが必要であると考え、まず、先進的研究を行っている小学校・中学校・高等学校への視察および、協同授業の実施計画を行った。また知的財産に関する教育は情報教育だけで完結するものではない。そのため、公民科や美術工芸科などと連携して教科を超えた横断的なカリキュラムの提案を行い、研究授業を行った。その上で情報モラル・知的財産に関する教育の大枠を俯瞰し、小中高等学校の連携や教科横断的な授業実践を可能にするための指導案を検討し提示した。学校種を超えた連携や教科連携により生徒たちの情報モラルや知財に対する考え方がどのような変化をもたらすかを検証し、情報モラル教育や知財教育のあり方を論じた。3.研究成果中学校での著作権に関する研究授業では、著作権が「自分たちの利用を妨げる面倒なモノ」という認識から大きく変化したこと、とりわけ著作者人格権について、その意義を十分に理解し遵守していこうとする意識が伺われた。また、高等学校での実践では知的財産に関する遵法精神はもちろんのこと、新しいビジネスモデルの提案やコピープロテクションに関する技術的な興味、職業での知財に関する倫理観への意識が生まれていることがわかった。一方、小学校では知的財産そのものに関する実践は行えなかったが、身近な生活の「きまり」ごとを決定していく中で、法教育、知財教育に関するきっかけが作り出せることが明確になった。それゆえ、情報モラル教育や知的財産の教育が初等中等教育のどこかだけで行われるのではなく、発達段階に応じてそれぞれの段階で行う必要があることが明確になった。
