本研究の目的は、発達障害児者の自尊感情向上のプログラムを開発することにある。本研究の趣旨に賛同を得られた発達障害児者10名を対象に、アクションリサーチの手法を用い、1ヶ月に1回演劇ワークショップを実施した。毎回のワークショップを映像に記録し、参加者が発した言葉すべてに会話分析を行い、会話内容のカテゴリー化を試みた。また、各ワークショップ開催後に、ローゼンバーグの自尊感情尺度を用いて、参加者の自尊感情を分析した。ローゼンバーグの項目は星野訳を用い、4件法10項目で測定した。会話分析の結果、会話内容は(1)場面の展開を進める創造的返答、(2)感嘆を表した発言、(3)直前の会話に対する単なる返答、(4)直前の会話を反復した発言、(5)ストーリーに関連しない突発的な発言に分類することができた。ワークショップ全ての中で、(1)場面の展開を進める創造的返答、(2)感嘆を表した発言の出現率は80%を超えていた。これらのことから1演劇ワークショップについては、参加者が自主的、積極的にコミュニケーションを図ろうとすることをうかがうことができ、コミュニケーションへの動機付けを高める手法としての有効性を確認することができた。続いて、ローゼンバーグの自尊感情尺度を用いた測定結果は、9名の参加者が平均以上の得点を示した。これらのことから、ワークショップへの参加により、1)支援者が発言を指定しなくても、発達障害児者自身による会話表現がみられる、2)自尊感情に平均以上の得点が得られたことが明らかになった。本研究の遂行の結果、発達障害児者の自発的コミュニケーション表出における演劇的手法の有効性が明らかになり、同時に自尊感情を高める表現として発言内容を整理し、自尊感情を高める支援プログラムとしての可能性を示すことができた。

The purpose of this study was to explore ways to improve the self-esteem and emotional status of children with disabilities. The results of this study show that the self-expression of the victim is effective and self-esteem is high, and the content of the speech is organized and self-esteem is high, and the possibility of self-expression is high.
