项目摘要

1、研究目的授業時間数が削減傾向にある中学校美術科の教育意義の実証的提示と、社会的文化力向上を意図した教育課程の構築を目指し、国立美術館との連携を通して、創作活動方法のモデルを開発・実践する。2、研究方法(1)国立美術館調査国立美術館(今年度は3館を抜粋)の設立経緯と教育普及活動の資料収集を行い、学校教育との接点を整理した。その中で、館内にある作品情報を自由に閲覧できるスペースや、休憩や喫茶を目的とした自由度の高いホール等の「文化的交流スペース」に着目し、教育課程のモデルとしての関連性を研究するに至った。(2)「カフェ・カルチャー」の導入多目的スペースの活用と、文化力向上の観点で行われた取り組み例を調査する中で、「カフェ・カルチャー」を導入した活動に、研究に必要な要素が多く発見された。飲食を目的として、集う人々が互いの価値を交流する機能から派生し、様々なメディアを利用しながら、文化を形成していく「カフェ」の研究論文や資料の収集結果から、中学校美術科の創作活動方法のモデルを構築した。(3)「アート・カフェ」の実践カフェの運営に、絵画や立体表現、デザインや工芸の要素が関わることを前提として授業を関連付け、カフェの機能である「語らう」、「出会う場を演出する」観点を取り入れて中学生が運営する「アート・カフェ」の実践報告を、本校研究発表会で行った。3、研究成果各種表現活動が取り入れられて完成するカフェ運営には、企画から実践にかけて「ブランディング」の要素が生まれ、生徒の個々の表現活動に社会的な価値意識が生まれたことがアンケート結果に現れた。また、文化的交流スペースの新たな活用モデルとしての、中学校美術科教育課程の原案が形成されたことによって美術館の教育普及活動との具体的な接点を提案できた。
