项目摘要

特別支援教育においては全教育活動を通じてキャリア教育の視点を踏まえた実践の充実が求められており, 特に中等教育段階では, 職業教育, 進路指導の充実を図ることが求められている。そのような中, 本校特別支援学級では, 知的障害のある生徒の社会的・職業的自立を目指した生活力を育成するため, 従来の作業学習等を見直し, 平成25年度より新教科「キャリアマネジメント」を立ち上げた。これまでに行ってきた指導内容を, 職業に関するもの, 家庭生活に関するもの, 将来の社会生活に関わりの深いものに整理し, 有機的に関連付けた教育実践を行っている。本研究では職業に関する指導内容の一つである「食品加工」の授業実践を取り上げた。生徒の言動や記述を分析し, 評価の4観点と基礎的・汎用的能力をもとに作成した評価規準に基づいて評価することによって生徒の変容を見取り, 授業実践や指導の効果および課題を明らかにするとともに, カリキュラムの開発・検討のための基礎的知見を得ることを目的として行った。「食品加工」は企業見立ての指導を取り入れており, 販売を目指した商品開発を行っている。リーダーが中心となって目標設定を行い, 学習活動後には生徒自身が評価を行い次の学習活動に反映させていくという取組みを繰り返し行った。その結果, 自分は何を頑張るのか, グループは何を目指しているのかが明確になり, 協力して目標を達成するために, 集団が個を高め, 個が集団を高めるといった生徒の姿が見られた。また, 基礎的・汎用的能力から授業実践を考察することで, 本授業実践の効果や課題を細かく分析することができた。今後の課題は, この分析をもとに他の単元との関連や生徒の発達段階等を考慮し, 「食品加工」の授業における指導の重点の明確化を図っていくことである。
