项目摘要

アクセント核知覚により引き起こされる(日本語)単語同定加速効果を,1. (先行研究時とは)異なるモーラ長の単語における加速効果,2. アクセント核知覚による加速効果の親密度に対する依存性,3. 音声単語親密度による加速効果(アクセント型固定),4. アクセント核知覚による加速効果と親密度による加速効果との定量的比較,などの観点から実験的に検討した。その結果,先行研究では扱われなかったモーラ長の単語においても,(語頭)アクセント核知覚による単語同定加速効果が観測された。そして高親密度時には,語頭のみならず2モーラ目に位置するアクセント核の知覚によっても単語同定が加速されることが分かった。先行研究では,2モーラ目のアクセント核知覚による同定加速効果は観測されなかったが,これは実験時の親密度の制御が原因であると考えられる。即ち親密度の統制をより精密に行なった本実験に対して,より高い信頼性を寄せることができる。更に,中/低親密度の場合は2モーラ目に位置するアクセント核による効果は低下する(即ち語頭核のみが加速効果を持つ)ことが示され,先行実験との整合性も示すことかできた。また,(アクセント型を固定し)単語親密度のみによる加速効果も実験的に検証した。このようにして単語同定を加速する2つの要因を個別に分析した訳だが,これら2つの要因による加速効果の定量的比較を行ない,「親密度による効果が,アクセント核知覚による効果よりも,加速の度合いが大きい」との知見を得ることができた。
