本研究では、仏第四共和制の与野党関係を題材として、野党の研究を行った。1 仏第四共和制下で、(1)仏共産党は「反教権主義、東の陣営、統制経済」を、(2)仏社会党は「反教権主義、西の陣営、統制経済」を、(3)急進社会党は「反教権主義、西の陣営、自由経済」を、(4)キリスト教進歩派は「教権主義、東の陣営、統制経済」を、(5)人民共和派(レジスタンス派キリスト教民主主義者)は「教権主義、西の陣営、統制経済」を、(6)右翼・反共勢力のド・ゴール派(ブシャード派を含む)は「教権主義、西の陣営、自由経済」を代表していた。なるほど、この分類法は、(5)と(6)の間に分布する「穏健各派、共和右派」等を捨象し、極小数のキリスト教進歩派を一勢力と見なし、単なる右翼以上で、広く影響力を持つド・ゴール派を過小評価した。だが、フランスにおける三つの二極対立の複合的現状を、この六極化モデルは適切に反映している。2 仏第四共和制と酷似する政治体制は、ワイマール期ドイツと戦後イタリア政治であろう。この三者の共通点は、第一に、議会が小党分立・乱立傾向にあること。第二に、一方の共産党と・他方の、右派【仏第四共和制ではド・ゴール派(=反ナチ派)、ワイマール期にはナチ派、戦後イタリアではキリスト教民主党】が強力であること。第三に、政権の寿命が短命なことである。3 これに対して、本研究が、仏第四共和制とベルギー、オランダを比較した事由は、二極化よりも多極化という点での類似性に着目したからである。つまり、「多極化現象」を呈する複数の代表的事例を提供して、その実態を複合的に考察したからである。さらにその後、仏第四共和制の多極化傾向が、仏第五共和制では二極分化して、四大政党・二大ブロック制に収斂された経緯を分析した。

This paper studies the relationship between the Fourth Republic and the opposition parties. 1. Under the Fourth Republic,(1) the Communist Party opposes "anti-Christianity, Eastern Front, and Control";(2) the Socialist Party opposes "anti-Christianity, Western Front, and Control";(3) the Radical Socialist Party opposes "anti-Christianity, Western Front, and Free Control";(4) the Progressive Party opposes "Christianity, Eastern Front, and Control";(5) The People's Republic faction (the "People's Republic" faction) opposes "Christianity, Western Front, and Control";(6) The right-wing anti-Communist forces oppose "Christianity, Western Front, and Freedom". The classification method is divided into (5) and (6), and the distribution is divided into "the strong faction, the Republican right" and so on. The image is very small, and the progressive faction of education is a force that is seen, and the right wing is above, and the influence of the faction is too small. The current situation of the three polarizations and the six polarizations are reflected properly. 2. The political system of the Fourth Republic is similar to that of the Fourth Republic. The common point of the three is that the first is the separation of small parties and the second is the tendency of chaos. Second, the Communist Party of one party, the other party and the right wing [Fourth Republic, Opposition, Opposition, Opposition] Third, political life is short. 3. In this study, the fourth republic was divided into two groups: the first group and the second group. A number of representative examples of "multipolarization phenomenon" are provided, and their actual state is investigated. Today, the trend of multipolarization in the Fourth Republic and the polarization in the Fifth Republic are analyzed.
