项目摘要

本研究は、わが国における現行法人税法の所得計算理論を抜本的に見直し、新たな理論体系を再構築することを目的とする。このような研究目的の下で、その研究対象を次の2点に絞って研究を進めた。1,税務会計理論の国際比較 2,配当課税制度の見直しそこで、わが国のみならず、イギリス並びにドイツの税務会計理論を比較検討することにより、国際化の著しい経済社会の中で、国際的に通用する制度はいかなるものであるかという基準を明確にすることを試みた。平成9年度においては、主に研究目的に示した税務会計理論の国際比較と配当課税制度に関する国際比較を行なった。引き続き平成10年度においては、前年度後半において実証分析のために我が国の東証一部上場企業のデータを収集し、分析対象企業の絞り込みを行ったものをもとにして、分析対象企業に対する実態調査を展開した。そこでは、国際化に伴う配当課税制度の変更に関する企業行動への影響を分析するための詳細なデータを蒐集することができた。このデータをもとに、統計的手法を用いて解析し、受取配当の課税割合と株式投資額との関係、支払配当損金算入方式が実際の配当支払額に及ぼす影響、金利・当期利益と配当支払額との関係について一定の関係式を導き出すことを遂行中であり、年内にも、これを国際的な租税戦略との関連でまとめ上げる予定である。また、上記の研究の他に、平成10年10月30日に公表された税効果会計に関する意見についても詳細に検討した。
