前年度に引続き楕円代数U_<p,q>(g^<^>)とq-Virasoro代数に関する研究をおこない次の成果を得た。1. 神保・今野・小竹・白石(Comm.Math.Phys.199:605-647,1999)で与えたnon-twistedアフィンLie代数〓に対するU_q(〓)のDrinfeldカレントから楕円代数Uq,p(〓)のカレントを構成する方法をtwistedアフィンLie代数A^<(2)>_2の場合に拡張して、AA^<(2)>_2型の楕円カレントを得た。また、その自由場による表現を与えた。2. 今野(Comm.Math.Phys.195:373-403,1998)および上記論文での予想「アフィンLie代数〓に対するW(g)-代数のq-変形理論が〓型のFace模型に即して存在し、楕円代数Uq,p(〓)のDrinfeldカレントはそのscreeningカレントを与える。」に基づき、1.で構成したAA^<(2)>_2型の楕円カレントをscreeningカレントとしてAA^<(2)>_2型のFace模型(正確にはdilute A_L模型と呼ばれる模型のregime2^+)に対する頂点作用素を自由場を使って実現した。3. 2,で構成した頂点作用素のフュージョン(2つの頂点作用素の積の特殊な点での留数をとる)によりVirasoro極小模型のφ_<1,2>摂動に対応するVirasorod代数のq-変形(の生成母関数)を得た。また、2.のscreeningカレントに基づきFelder型complexのresolutionを調べ、これによって既約なVirasoro極小ユニタリー表現と同型な空間が得られ得ることを示した。4. 2.の頂点作用素の積の3.の既約表現空間上でのトレースを計算し、dilute A_L模型の相関関数を求めた。
