项目摘要

介形虫類の異なる分類群間の形態的類似が、系統的近縁性に基づく「相同」であるのか、あるいは収斂現象等による「ホモプラシー」によるものかを見分けるために、本研究では感覚子孔の分布パタンと筋肉痕の2形質を中心に、ヨーロッパに基準種をもつ日本産介形虫「属」約30属について再検討した。その結果、1)1つの属が日本を含んで汎世界的に分布している場合、2)1つの属が日本を含んで複数の生物地理区にまたがって存在する場合、3)1つの属が広範囲に分布すると思われていたが複数の異なる分類群に分かれる場合、があることがわかった。1) は、Cytherellidaeに含まれる3属、Cytherella、Cytherelloidea、Keijcyoidea等がそれに当たる。2) は、Cythere、Schizocythere属など多くの海産貝形虫の属を含む。3) は、地域固有性が高い属で、Hemicytheridaeの属に多く見られる。1つの属が、この様な分布範囲の違いを見せたが、これには当該属が出現した地質時代に大きく依存している可能性が高い。すなわち、1)に含まれる属は、中生代初期〜中生代末期までには出現した古い分類群、2)に含まれる属は早くとも中生代末期〜新生代中期に出現した分類群、3)に含まれる属は、第三紀〜第四紀にかけて出現した新しい分類群である。3)に含まれる分類群中からは新属として提唱すべきものが含まれるため、一部を公表し(Ikeya et al.,1998)、さらに公表するための準備をしている。

In this study, the distribution of Ostracoda pores in the central part of the two types of muscle marks, the distribution of reference species and the distribution of Ostracoda genera in Japan were reexamined. The results are as follows: 1)1) Genus includes Japan, 2) Genus includes Japan, 3) Genus includes Japan, 3) Genus includes Japan, 4) Genus 1)Cytherellidae includes three genera, Cytherella, Cytherelloidea, Keijcyoidea, etc. 2)Cythere, Schizocythere genus 3)The genus Hemicytheridae is more than one genus. 1. It is highly probable that the genus will appear in geological time. 1) Genus included: Early Mesozoic to Late Mesozoic; 2) Genus included: Early Mesozoic to Middle Cenozoic; 3) Genus included: Tertiary to Quaternary; New taxa included: Early Mesozoic to Middle Cenozoic. 3) A new genus in the taxon Ikeya et al., 1998)The preparation of the report was carried out in the middle of the day.
