女性の就業率が増加し、また労働環境も著しく変化している。一方で家庭における女性の役割は変化が少なく、女性の負担は増大している。今後、男性とは異なる健康管理対策も必要になることが予想され、働く女性のストレス・ストレス対処行動の特徴と健康への影響、さらに不定愁訴との関係を明らかにすることを目的として研究を開始した。石川県内の大型スーパーマーケットに勤務し、事務、サービス業に従事する24歳から59歳のパートタイム労働者を含む女性従業員を対象に、集団検診の際にアンケートを配布、回収した。アンケートは自己記入式で、年齢、学歴、家族構成、労働時間、睡眠時間、家事および自由時間、雇用形態、疲労感(仕事の肉体的、精神的疲労感)について回答するものである。そのほか不定愁訴については、婦人科外来で使用されている調査表より抜粋した41項目について、その有無を調査した。さらに、SSCQ(Stress&Stress-Coping Questionnaire)により、ストレス、ストレスコービングを調査した。また一般健康診断の際に測定したBMI、血圧、血液検査データについても総合的に評価した。最終的に515名のアンケートを回収した。現段階は、データ解析中である。最終的にSSCQによる心理学的評価、また対象者の成人病検診成績と問診結果の解析、さらに中高年齢層に予想される不定愁訴とライフスタイルや心理学的傾向との関連を解析し、年代や職種によるストレスの状態と成人病、更年期障害などの健康問題を考察していく予定である。
