项目摘要

1 研究目的現在進行している「国土空間データ基盤整備」と関連し、デジタル地図を前提とした「固定資産税算出GIS」の構築要素技術の開発研究。具体的には様々な情報が重畳するカラー紙地図を対象にして、町名等文字列・地図記号を抽出し、それらと道路等既存抽出データとの意味的統合が可能せしめる実用的データ構造を考案する。2 研究状況前年度は文字記号等属性情報オブジェクト抽出に重点を置き、過去の科学研究費にて購入した計算機を基本環境に内部及び周辺機器の性能向上を図った。そして研究着手段階での設計方針、確率に基づく抽出候補の検索の正当性を検証した。その成果は投稿論文の審査及び発表において本手法の独創性を評価された。本年度は抽出済み「道路網」とポリゴン構成の「行政区域・街区」とを統合し、文字・記号オブジェクトから「住所名」→「行政区域・街区」→「近接道路」の検索・照合可能なシステムを試作した。3 今後の研究展開実際のデータベース構築については本質的部分を如何に回避するかという姿勢となった。スタンドアロンシステムではなくネットワーク経由のサーバークライアント型である必要性から、市販のSQL等の有用性が理解でき、何故海外論文のシステムが既存ソフトウエアの延長上にGISを設計しているかをあらためて認識した。また、今年度は以前報告した道路網に関する派生的課題である、未知空間を探索移動・オブジェクト抽出する「エージェントシステム」に関する研究の構想立案し、その土台となるエージェントの対道路網評価関数の定義を検討した。その成果も学会で評価されたので、本システムに統合するため平成11年度奨励研究「固定資産税算出GISのための道路網評価手法の提案と実現」に具体案を示し、科学研究費に申請している。
