パリ市第II区(2eme arrondissement)に属するボンヌ・ヌーヴェル地区(Quartier Bonne-Nouvelle)とマイユ地区(Quartier du Mail)を事例として、両地区に関わる18世紀初頭から今日に至る地籍図(cadastre)を基に、GIS(地理情報システム)を用いて地割組織図(plan du tissu parcellaire)を復元し、都市組織の変遷の過程を明らかにすることが研究の主目的である。都市解析の基本的な手法であるtypology分析に加え、GISの解析ツールを援用したTopology分析を復元された地割租組織図に対して試み、種々の都市空間的な位相を解析する。そうした解析から空間的な差異化のメカニズムを探り、生成変化を続ける都市組織(tissu urbain)のダイナミクスの一端を解明したいというのがこの研究での問題意識である。本年度は特に、オスマンの都市大改造に伴う土地収用が実際にどのように計画され実施されたか、その詳細を地割の収用、再編、売却、交換といった観点から実証的に明らかにした。研究対象地区におけるオスマンの都市大改造によって誕生した街路は、セバストポール大通り、テュルビゴ通り、エティエンヌ・マルセル通り、ルーヴル通り、レオミュール通りである。本年度は特に、オスマンによる都市大改造のうちでも最後期に実施されたレオミュール通りの地割の変遷を解明した。そこでは、既存の地割を利用しつつ新しいオスマン型街路と住居の実現に必要な地割の再編が確認されると同時に、開設街路の背後に旧地割がその影響を逃れて保存されて、それらが混在した形の新しい都市組織の生成が見られた。今後の課題としては、本研究の事例から得られた結果を、レ・アール研究の成果や他地区の都市組織と比較検討すること、ならびに、それらのTopology分析などがあげられる。
