本年度の研究実績は以下のとおりである。1.統計資料の加工・組み替えをとおして、全国各地の市町村の約半分において稲作農作業受委託における協定(標準)料金の設定が行われており、その料金水準は一定程度遵守されていることを確認した。2.現実に各地で成立している農作業料金(実勢料金)が当該地域における農作業受委託に関連した地域特性を反映したものであるか否かを都道府県レベルと市町村レベルで統計的に検証した。そして、都道府県レベルの分析では、農作業受委託に関連した地域特性は当該都道府県の実勢料金に一定程度反映されているが、市町村レベルでは地域特性が必ずしも明確に反映されているとはいい難いという結果を得た。3.滋賀県長浜市のアンケート調査を解析し、農協が設定している料金は明確な積算根拠を持たないものであるにも関わらず、地域内で一定のスタンダードとして機能していることを確認した。4.以上の結果から、地域毎に設定されている協定料金は合理的な基準を持たないケースが少なくないことを明らかにし、今後は、農作業受委託に関わる地域特性を考慮しつつ、明確な積算根拠を持った協定料金を設定する必要があることを示した。5.前年度に構築した料金設定モデルを駆使し、滋賀県内の二事例を対象として協定料金の設定を行い、その料金水準の妥当性を吟味・検証した。
