多重リスク症候群の遺伝学的背景を推察する目的で、東京大学教育学部附属高等学校を卒業した成人双生児1204名に生活習慣および生活習慣病に関する質問紙調査を実施した。最終的に435名(36%)から回答を得た。この内ペアで回答を得たものは-卵性双生児145組(男男39組、女女106組)、二卵性双生児29組(男男4組、女女10組、異性15組)である。同性双生児を対象に統計遺伝学解析を実施した。量的遺伝学のThreshold Theoryをもとに各疾患の卵性別Polychoric Correlationを算出し、これをもとに汎用ソフトLISREL8により共分散構造分析を実施した。結果は以下のとおりである。個々の構成疾患に関しては、いずれも相加的遺伝要因と非共有環境要因を潜在変数に含むAEモデルが最適であった。得られた遺伝率は男子では糖尿病0.82、高脂血症0.91、高血圧0.83、肥満0.90であり、女子では糖尿病0.49、高脂血症0.93、高血圧0.56、肥満0.71であった。各構成疾患同士のクロス相関をもとに2変数遺伝解析を実施した結果、男子では高脂血症と肥満および高血圧と肥満において強い遺伝相関が見られ、女子では高血圧と高脂血症において強い遺伝相関が見られた。4疾患相互の関係をすべて組み込んだ統一的なモデルを構築するにはいたらなかったが、少なくとも個々の疾患同士では共通の遺伝要因、環境要因を有するものが存在すると考えられた。

To investigate the genetic background of multiple sclerosis syndrome, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1204 adult twins at Tokyo University School of Education. The final 435 (36%) answered. There were 145 pairs of ovular twins (male 39, female 106) and 29 pairs of diovular twins (male 4, female 10, heterosexual 15). Same-sex twins are analyzed statistically. Threshold Theory of Quantitative Analysis is used to calculate the polychromatic Correlation of egg sex of each disease. The result is: . Each component of the disease is related to the addition of genetic factors and non-shared environmental factors. For men, diabetes 0.82, hyperlipidemia 0.91, hypertension 0.83, obesity 0.90, for women, diabetes 0.49, hyperlipidemia 0.93, hypertension 0.56, obesity 0.71. Each component of the disease is related to two different types of data analysis. The results show that men with hyperlipidemia and obesity are strongly correlated with women with hyperlipidemia and obesity. 4.
