项目摘要

遺伝疫学・母子保健の資源として欧米先進国だけでなく近年ではアジア諸国でも精力的に双生児コホートが構築されている。欧米に比較しうる双生児コホート構築の可能性も含め、アジア諸国における双生児コホートの現状を調査し、併せて各国の連携関係を確認・強化することを目的に本研究を行った。1.国際共同研究の企画に向けての情報収集アジア諸国のツインコホートの現状分析を実施した。多胎児家庭の母子保健に関するアジア諸国の現状はほとんど知られていないので、併せてその実態を把握した。また、わが国でツインコホートの維持に要する具体的な金額的数値の評価とその概算を行った。関連諸学会との連携を通じて研究計画の全体的な推進およびアジアツインコホート構築の準備を行った。以上は研究組織全体で定期的にメールの交換・会議開催を行い、討論を重ね有機的な連動のもとに実施した。2.海外視察2005年8月にはシンガポール視察を行った。また、2005年6月29日〜7月2日にかけてカリフォルニア州で開催された国際双生児研究会議および国際行動遺伝学会に参加し、双生児研究の最新動向、ツインコホートに関する情報を収集し、併せてアジアツインコホート構築に向けての具体的な計画推進に関する打ち合わせを行った。3.特別講演とワークショップの企画・開催第20回日本双生児研究学会学術講演会(2006年1月、開催地:東京、大会会長:野中分担研究者)にアジアツインコホートに関わる研究者を招聴しシンポジウムを開催した。引き続き、日本を含め各国(韓国、中国、台湾、シンガポール、スリランカ)のTwin Registryや双生児研究の状況理解・情報交換をすべくワークショップを開催した。その結果、今後もアジア双生児研究会議を同様に開催するとともに、メーリングリストによる定期的情報交換、ホームページの作成など、今後に向けての前向きな連携を得ることができた。

In recent years, the resources of maternal and child health care in Europe and the United States have been reduced. This study was conducted to investigate the current situation of twin-child communication in Europe and to confirm and strengthen the relationship between twin-child communication in various countries. 1.
