清潔行為は皮膚の機能を保ち新陳代謝を高め、心理的な爽快感をもたらし肯定的価値観を与える身体心理社会的な影響を与える重要な看護行為である。冬季は皮膚の乾燥が著しく落屑、皮膚のあれがめだつ。前年に健康な女性を対象に皮膚表面を観察した結果、洗いすぎによる皮膚新陳代謝の相対的な低下が見られ、その一部は掻痒感として知覚されていた。そこで清拭用具・清拭剤を変えることにより皮膚表面の状態が改善するか、肌水分計・ビデオマイクロスコープ・サーモグラフィーで観察比較した。対象者は皮膚炎のない健康な18〜22歳の女性。左右の前腕・下腿の毛の少ない部分で測定。清拭用具・擦り方は(1)ナイロン製浴用身体洗浄タオルと(2)木綿製タオル・(3)泡を立てた洗浄剤を擦らずに体になでる、3方法。清拭剤は石鹸・ボディソープの2方法。7〜14日間継続後再観察した。その結果ナイロン製浴用身体洗浄タオルを通常使用している被験者が木綿製タオル、泡でなでる方法をに変えても、肌水分計・ビデオマイクロスコープ・サーモグラフィーとも明らかな差は見られなかった。ナイロン製浴用洗浄タオルと木綿製タオル・泡でなでる方法とで差がなかったことの原因として、木綿製タオル・泡でなでる方法とも、皮膚刺激感が小さく満足感が得にくいために、強く擦りすぎることが考えられた。また、今回の研究の範囲では、清拭用具・清拭剤の種類よりも、被験者の利き腕、擦るときの強さの影響を受けていると考えられるデータが見られた。以上の結果から、清潔行為での身体の摩擦は循環を促し新陳代謝を高める意味もあるが、高齢者や身体機能が低下している対象者で皮膚の落屑が目立つ場合やそのために掻痒感がある場合は、清拭を連日繰り返し皮膚を摩擦するよりも保湿剤の使用、乾燥予防が重要な看護行為となることが示唆された。

The reason for the difference between the method of making bath washing oil and the method of making wood wool washing oil and soaking oil is that the method of making wood wool washing oil and soaking oil has a small skin irritation, a feeling of fullness, and a strong rubbing effect. The research scope of this paper is different from that of the cleaning tools and cleaning agents, and the influence of the cleaning tools and cleaning agents is different from that of the cleaning agents. As a result, the body friction of cleaning behavior promotes metabolism, which means that the body function is low, the skin is flaky, and the eyes are itchy. The skin friction of cleaning behavior is important for the use of moisturizing agents, drying, and caring behavior.
