项目摘要

建築部品・構法の新たな開発は,建築技術の発展を促す大きな要因と言え,現時点での構法や部品の技術に関して,それらを整理し,特徴を把握した体系を確立しておくことが後の発展や技術開発の合理化において重要である。本研究は,前年度において,水廻り設備の開発事項(材質,構法・ユニット,機能,付加価値)と要求性能(耐久・安全・居住性,施工性,経済性)から体系的に変化過程を導き出し,開発の特徴を明らかにする手法を展開した。従って本年度では,他の建築部品や構法にも当てはめ,調査を行った。前年度で水廻り設備を調査したことから,水廻り設備の中でも「浴室ユニット」と「洗面化粧ユニット」,そして「床暖房設備」,「天井付属設備」の建築設備関係の部品や構法を調査した。本年度では,主に「天井付属設備」について,技術開発の変遷に関する文献や既往研究から開発事例を収集し変化過程を調査した。今年度における研究成果は以下の通りである。1.天井付属設備の開発事項は「構法」,「機能」,「付加価値」の3項目,要求性能については「耐久・安全・居住性」,「施工性」,「経済性」の3項目で分類でき,変化過程を明らかにすることができた。2.天井付属設備の開発事項における変化を分析した結果,1980年代後半から1990年代後半にかけて「機能」の開発から「構法」,「付加価値」が加わった開発に移行し,要求性能では同年代において「耐久・安全・居住性」の要求に「施工性」の要求も加わった変化を示した。3.要求性能と開発事項の対応関係から,天井付属設備は,「耐久・安全・居住性」の要求が,「構法」の開発に影響している。4.水廻り設備,浴室ユニット,洗面化粧ユニット,床暖房設備,天井付属設備の変化を要求性能と開発事項で検討した結果,要求性能は「耐久・安全・居住性」が重要視され,開発事項は,部品によって異なる特徴事項があることがわかった。

The new development of building component structure method is important for promoting the development of building technology. In this paper, it is important to establish the structure method and technology of building component at present, to organize the characteristics, to grasp the system and to rationalize the development of building technology. This study is based on the previous year's research and development issues (material, structure, function, and additional value) and required performance (durability, safety, habitability, constructability, and durability) of water treatment equipment. This year, he conducted a survey of the construction department's structural methods. In the past year, the investigation of the relationship between building equipment and water supply equipment was carried out, and the investigation of the component structure method of building equipment in the middle of water supply equipment was carried out, such as "bathroom equipment","washing makeup equipment","bed warming equipment" and "patio equipment". This year, the main topic of the study was "equipment for the development of new technologies," and the related literature, previous research, development cases, and transformation process were investigated. This year's research results are as follows. 1. The development items of patio equipment are divided into three items: "structure","function" and "additional value", and the required performance is divided into three items: "durability, safety and habitability","constructability" and "flexibility". The transformation process is clearly defined. 2. As a result of an analysis of the changes in the development of patio equipment, from the second half of the 1980s to the second half of the 1990s, the development of "functions" to "structures" and the "added value" have been increasing. As development moves, the performance requirements have changed from the requirements of "durability, safety, habitability" to the requirements of "constructability" in the same era. 3. The relationship between performance requirements and development issues, the requirements of "durability, safety and habitability" of indoor equipment, and the development of "structure" are affected. 4.
