英文摘要
The structural design of high-performance concrete constructions and the top-down dismantling of these structures into individual modules for construction kit development result in a large number of nearly equivalent variants in terms of design. From manufacturing view, the modules resulting from the dismantling process can be produced with different methods. In order to produce the modules at optimum cost with high production output, there are still numerous possibilities for designing and organizing the production process. Thus, for the realization of such high-performance concrete buildings the variety of variants is almost unlimited from both the constructional and the production-related view. In comparison to other industries, this variety of variants is much higher and more heterogeneous, which makes a pre-selection necessary before the actual construction kit development. At present, there are no possibilities for an efficient ad-hoc evaluation of the dismantling variants (or modules) including a predictable number of units with the objective, given from a production point of view, of being able to achieve a high output at low unit costs. The aim of the research project is the development of a method for interdisciplinary (construction-technology-process organization-economy), holistic evaluation and pre-selection of strategies for the dismantling of high-performance concrete constructions into individual modules in the early stage of construction kit development. The targeted selection of suitable strategies from the production-technical point of view in the basic module or modular development provides a high potential for the reduction of waste, synonymous with the reduction of permanent technological as well as process organizational adjustments, for a high number of module variants to be expected in later production practice. The method of simulation-based optimization is to be applied as approach for evaluation and selection of the optimal production system (dimensioning, structuring and sequence planning). In order to reduce the expected simulation effort, the simulation data are to be converted into a machine-learning model. This enables the automated generation of suggestions for the design of the basic modules and for expected unit costs for similar building structures in correlation to suitable production system configurations.
