無限コクセター配置とは、古典的なコクセター群の鏡映の鏡映面全体からなる古典的な有限コクセター配置を整数分だけ平行移動してできるような無限配置である。この無限コクセター配置に関しては、そこにフィルトレーションを導入して考えることが大切である。すなわち、絶対値がn以下までの平行移動全体をn番目のフィルトレーションとするのである。無限コクセター配置全体は無限集合であるが、ひとつひとつのフィルトレーションは有限配置であることは当然であるが重要な事実である。一般に、有限配置に対して、そこに接するようなベクトル場全体の作る多項式環上の加群が考えられる。無限コクセター配置についても、そのひとつひとつのフィルトレーションに対して、そこに接するようなベクトル場全体の作る多項式環上の加群を考えることができる。それは、すべての(接するとは限らない)ベクトル場全体の作る多項式環上の加群の減少フィルトレーションを与えている。2003年にJournal of Algebraに出版された論文"The Poincar\'e series of the algebra of rational functions which are regular outside hyperplanes."(H.Horiuchi, H.Terao)では、より一般の超平面配置について、そこに極をもつ有理関数全体のなす無限次元多元環を考察した。無限コクセター配置の接ベクトル場全体に入れるフィルトレーションの場合と同様に、この多元環には2重次数が導入されて、各同次成分は有限次元になる。従って、2変数のポアンカレ級数が決定されるが、それを明示的に求めた。また、Proceedings of American Mathematical Societyに印刷中の論文"Bases of the contact-order filtration of derivations of Coxeter arrangements."(H.Terao)においては、無限コクセター配置に接するようなベクトル場全体の多項式上のフィルター付けられた加群の基底の微分幾何学的な構成を論じた。また、そうして作られた基底の明示的行列表示、他の基底との関係を決定した。
