I.小学生の心肺蘇生法については投稿準備中であるが、明らかとなったことなどを示す。心肺蘇生法講習(座学・実習)を福岡市内小学校5年生2クラスの児童に対し実施し、その講習1週間後、3ヶ月後、6ヶ月後に同一の力試し(筆記試験8問:複数選択式あるいは手順の並び替え)を施行し、知識の保持力を検討した。また、講習会当日にはアンケートも施行した。●結果及び考察1)テストの点数は1週間後では性差・クラス差などを認めなかったが、3ヶ月後、6ヶ月後では、性差・クラス別成績に一部有意差を認め、1週間後と6ヶ月後のクラス別成績は、記憶力のよいと考えられる小学生でもやはり後者の方が悪かった。2)採点結果から出題した問題内容が高度であったと考えられるが、The chain of survivalの概念である「119通報」、「そばに居合わせた人の心肺蘇生」についての理解は、半年後でも全体の8割以上が正解しており、初動については実習と結びついて十分に記憶されているものと考えられる。3)細かい手順に関しては、既に1週間後から記憶が曖昧になる傾向が認められた。●その他講習を通して明らかになったこと、気づいたこと1)実施アンケートからは、児童が総合学習のなかで心肺蘇生法教育を受けることが十分に意義があることが伺われた。2)受講時期については、小学校の理科で体のしくみなどとの履修時期との調整を行うなどの検討も必要性がある。3)第二次成長期にあたり、蘇生用人形の性別なども考慮するなどの必要性も感じられた。II.自動体外式除細動器:AED講習に関する研究意義は、現在、政府レベルで非医療従事者によるAEDの使用のあり方について検討されるに至り、あまりなくなったと考えられる。上記検討委員会では、一部で講習会の簡素化などの意見もあるようだが、福岡市周辺の応急手当普及員に試験的に今回実際に講習会を行った限りでは(アンケートは集計中)その必要性を感じている方が多いような印象であった。
