【研究の実施概要】1.本研究の目的本研究では保健福祉領域において行動科学的な手法と先端情報技術の導入によって、施設における保健福祉サービスアセスメントを試みることを目的としておこなった。なかでも施設などでの専門職の提供サービスやそれにともなう負担の指標化と、介護度認定やサービス評価の観点からの日常生活活動量のスケール化は重要な課題である。特に今年度は病院、社会福祉施設において専門職の勤務の実態調査をおこない、取得データの指標化と標準化の準備をおこなうことを目的に研究をおこなった。2.方法(1)対象病院・社会福祉施設専門職(それぞれ5人)を対象とし、また対照群として大学生3人をもちいた。(2)手続き(1)加速度センサーを内蔵した携帯型身体行動測定器を約1週間、勤務時間、非勤務時間に装着し、3方向加速度データを収集する。同時に主観的疲労感を「自覚症状調べ」などの質問紙を用いて測定する。(2)収集したデータの実効性、妥当性を分析する。(3)また、サービス利用者を対象とした調査(次年度)の準備として、高齢・障害等体験装具の装着・非装着フェイズにおける加速度データも収集する(大学生のみ対象)。【研究の結果概要】1.専門職の加速度データ測定詳細な分析は継続中であるが、予備的に得られたデータからは3方向加速度センサーによる身体活動量が、提供サービスを量的に表現する指標のひとつとなりうる可能性が示唆された。今後データの蓄積と他の生理学・運動学的なデータ(心拍数や呼吸代謝量など)の関連などから標準化を目指す。2.高齢・障害等体験装具の装着によるデータ測定同様に分析は継続中であるが、両フェイズ間の測定データの差異は明確に示され、サービス利用者の日常生活活動量などの指標として加速度データの有効性が示唆された。データを増加しサービス利用者の生活レベルにおける活動の動的規格化の方向性が示された。
