项目摘要

本萌芽研究は3年間をひとまとまりとして設定され、平成18年度はその最終年度にあたった。平成18年度の研究費補助金交付請求内容は旅費100,000円のみであり、具体的には日本心理臨床学会(開催:関西大学)での学会報告に利用された。自分描画法は本研究統括者である筆者が創案したものであり、日本心理臨床学会として本法を心理療法として受け入れることができる環境をつくるべく、基礎研究を積み重ねている段階にある。平成18年9月に開催された日本心理臨床学会では2つに関わり、自分描画法を報告した。それは次のとおりである。1.小山充道「幼児期、脳外科手術を受けた女子中学生の苦悩と心の成長」日本心理臨床学会第25回大会(関西大学)、06/9/16 10:00-12:00 (日本心理臨床学会第25回大会発表論文集p23.)2.小山充道(ワークショップ研修講師:単独):日本心理臨床学会第25回大会(関西大学)、「心理療法における心理アセスメントの活用」 06/9/15 10:00-17:001では自分描画法を幼児期、脳外科手術を受けた女子中学生に適用し、心理療法の効果を認めた事例であり、クライエントはその後、自分描画法がきっかけとなり、自ら絵やイラスト、詩で自分を表現できるようになり、「この面接が私を強くしてくれた」とセラピストに語った。2では50名の臨床心理士が参加し、ワークショップの中で各自が自分描画法を体験した。自分描画法の心理治療効果については、参加者自身からほどよい感触を得た。また本法のやり方、事例に即した解釈の仕方などを具体的に記した論文を、学術雑誌「臨床心理学」にまとめた。掲載文献は次のとおりである。小山充道「描画を臨床に生かすには〜心理療法における描画の活用」単著平成19年3月10日(07/3/10) 臨床心理学第7巻第2号 p165-173.当該論文では自分描画法の概要について、わかりやすく記した。しかし本法は未完成であることから、施行法・解釈法等、細部の情報に関する確定的な記述は避けた。本自分描画法研究は、平成19年から22年まで実施予定の基盤研究に引き継がれることとなった。
