项目摘要

1.自閉症児の顔刺激に対する認知特徴の基礎研究自閉症児、または自閉症リスク児と定型発達児について、視線や表情を含む顔刺激に対する反応の分析を行い,特徴を比較することにより、自閉症児のコミュニケーションにおける顔認知特徴を明らかにすることを目的とした。本年度は、10名の自閉症児と10名の定型発達児についてのデータ収集により、自閉症児の顔刺激への認知傾向と、実際のコミュニケーション行動との関連も明らかにすることができた。今後はさらに条件を変化させ、より詳細な分析を行っていくことで、早期スクリーニング開発や早期支援プログラムの開発に応用していくことが可能となる。2.自閉症児の早期スクリーニングの開発研究視線分析装置を用いて、5名の自閉症児の視線刺激に対する反応特徴の分析を行った。また、他者とのコミュニケーションにおける社会的刺激の機能に関連した行動指標の評価研究を行った。現在、社会的刺激が強化として機能する場合に、反応が困難である可能性が示唆されており、今後被験者を増やすことで、早期スクリーニングの開発につなげていくことができると考える。3.自閉症児への共同注意行動への介入プログラム開発研究約30名の自閉症児に対し、週10時間の早期集中療育の効果測定研究を行い、初期のプロファイルと効果の相関分析を行った。その結果、知的障害と診断名が、早期療育の効果に関連が強いことが示唆された。また、現在、介入初期の自閉症児への共同注意行動と、早期療育の効果の関連の分析を開始している。それにより、共同注意行動への介入が、早期の発達支援の基盤として必要であることが明確になると考えられる。今後は、(1)自閉症児の顔刺激に対する認知特徴の基礎研究や(2)自閉症児の早期スクリーニングの開発研究において明らかになった点より、新たな共同注意介入プログラムの開発を行う。共同注意に特化した集中介入を伴わない早期療育群と、共同注意に特化した集中介入を伴う早期療育群の知能指数、共同注意、その他のコミュニケーション指標の変化の分析を行い、そのプログラムの効果を検討する。
