项目摘要

研究の対象は大きく分けて1)日本国内での技術者倫理教育、および2)海外における技術者教育である。以下、二項目につき、研究実績の概要を述べる。1)国内での技術者教育倫理教育本研究では55の高等専門学校における技術者倫理教育の実態を調査した。調査項目は教科名、開講学年、担当教員数、必修選択の別などである.その結果、殆どの高専が、なんらかかの名称で技術者倫理に関する科目を専攻科で必修として開設していることが判明した。また、日本技術者教育認定機構(JABEE)による認定を受けている、もしくは受審しようとしている高専が殆どであることがわかり、両者の相関関係を知ることができた。また各校で使用されている教科書にも一定の傾向があることがつかめた。このような調査結果をまとめて、雑誌論文として発表した。2)海外における技術者倫理教育本研究で主な研究対象とした地域は東南アジアであり、その一例としてベトナムに関する調査研究を行った。また、比較対象としてパキスタンおよびインドにおける技術者倫理教育も憲とした。まず、ベトナムに関しては文献調査と現地調査とを行い、その結果、現時点では大学レベルでは特段の技術者倫理教育は実施されていないことが判明した.その理由として、国家的な思想教育の存在が挙げられる。また、その一方で大学関係者の間でその必要性が認識されていることも明らかになった。パキスタン、インドに関しても文献調査と実地調査を行った。その結果、大学レベルでは殆ど技術者倫理教育が行われていないことが判明した。パキスタンではムスリム教育がその代替機能を果たしていると考えられる。

1) Ethics education for engineers in Japan, 2) Overseas engineer education The following is a summary of the research results of the two projects. 1)This paper investigates the status quo of ethics education for engineers in 55 colleges and universities in China. The reason for this is that the state's ideological education exists. It is necessary to understand the relationship between the university and the party. The research of literature and field research is carried out in the field of science and technology. As a result, university ethics education for engineers has been established. In this case, it is necessary to change the educational system and replace the educational system.
