项目摘要

研究目的は、がん看護教育におけるがん患者のサバイバーシップの視点からの死生観の育成について、3年間にわたる検討である。最終年度の目的は、前年度までの結果を踏まえて、がん患者のサバイバーシップの視点からがん看護教育における死生観の育成について検討し、明確にすることである。1.死生観の現状分析結果の比較検討:調査対象は、初年度の調査による学生と教員の死生観のデータおよび分析結果、昨年度の調査によるがん患者、家族員、看護師の死生観のデータおよび分析結果に関する記述資料であり、死生観の相違について質的方法で分析。その結果、死に対する認識では、患者は現実的で主体的(自律的)、家族員は現実的客体的で、看護師・学生・教員は、観念的に捉える様相が明らかとなった。生に対する認識では、患者・家族員は現実的で主体的(自律的)、看護師・学生は観念的客体的、教員は観念的に捉える様相であった。以上から、死生観の人や立場による相違が明確にされた。2.関連文献、国内外の大学で公開されている関連領域の教育プログラム、関連学問領域の基盤となる理論等による検討を行った結果、教育内容を3領域で捉えるブルームの考え方、教育目標の設定の仕方、授業方法、教育評価の考え方、学部教育と学部卒業後の教育および大学院教育の違い等の知見を得た。3.ICN国際看護学会(平成19年5月29日〜6月1日、横浜)、日本看護科学学会学術集会、日本死生学会学術集会、日本がん看護学会学術集会等の関連学会:発表・討議に参加。4.がん患者のサバイバーシップの視点からがん看護教育における死生観の育成方法・育成プログラムは、上記の結果を踏まえて、がん看護学教育カリキュラム、育成プロセス、構造、教育方略の検討を重ねて作成した。授業設計は、カリキュラム上の位置づけや受講生の状況に応じて柔軟に行い、学生が参加できる工夫をすることが重要と考える。
