项目摘要

本研究の最終的な目的は、スポーツ教育の教員の教授力量形成のために視覚VTR(CCDカメラを教員の頭につけて収録した映像)を使った再現認知を行い、教員の力量形成のための手法の一般化を行なうことである。また、調査対象を体育授業における教員だけに絞るのではなく、トップアスリート育成のコーチにも拡げることにより、コーチングにおける認知データからの教授技術も明らかにする。平成18年度は、再現認知に有効な方法論の確立とその方法論による体育授業における教員の力量把握を行なった。結果として、CCDカメラ映像を30秒観て、30秒語ることが最も多くの再現認知を引き出すことに有効であることが明らかとなった。また、この方法により、熟達教員が、空間と時間の全体と部分を行き来しながら授業を進めることや、先行予測にもとづく働きかけを行っていることが明らかとなった。平成19年度は、トップアスリート育成のコーチの力量を前述の方法論によって明らかにした。特にJリーグの試合時にコーチ(監督)が何を認知しているのかについて再現認知から明らかにした。その結果、Jリーグのコーチは、空間を鳥瞰図的に認知するとともに、個のアスリートの動きから部分的な認知、ピッチ全体の認知に移行していくことや、特徴のあるアスリートの動きから認知が始まっていくことが明らかとなった。本方法論は、これまで明らかになっていなかったスポーツ指導者の暗黙の知を明らかにすることができると共に、明らかになったスポーツ指導者の暗黙の知を明らかにすることができると共に、明らかになったスポーツ指導者の知の共有に可能性を拓いている。
