平成18年度に久留米大学医学部研究の倫理審査の申請をし、承認を受けた。プロトコールの概要は以下の通り。1.研究タイトル:婦人科がん患者の化学療法によるコスメテックな変化とQOLに関する研究2.研究目的:(1)婦人科がんで化学療法を受けた対象者の皮膚の変化を検証し、それにふさわしいスキンケアの方法を検討する。(2)皮膚の様々な変化が、日常生活やQOLに及ぼす影響について検証する。3.実施方法(1)半構成的面接法による聞取調査(対象者の許可が得られた場合は録音を行う)聞き取りの主な内容:(1)一般項目、(2)主な副作用とその出現程度、(3)皮膚の症状と主な変化(主観的)、(4)スキンケア方法、(5)皮膚の変化による心理的な状態、(6)そのほか(2)皮膚の状態の測定:抗ガン剤治療を受けた対象者の皮膚の角質水分量、皮膚水分蒸散量、皮膚の色および油分の変化を観察(CK社マルチプローブアダプターMPA使用)○ 対象者および人数:婦人科がんで告知後抗がん剤治療を受けており研究の同意を得られた方50名以上。コントロール群として一般女性50名以上(データ収集場所:久留米大学医学部産科婦人科外来)。○ 対象者への倫理的配慮:被験者にはプライバシーは包括的に保護されることを口頭と文書で説明し、同意書への署名を得られた対象者のみに聞き取りと測定を行う。4.データの分析方法:(1)聞き取り調査:聞き取りで得られた情報をカテゴリー化し、内容を質的に分析する。(2)皮膚の状態:測定項目ごとに数値化し、統計的に解析する。5.現在の研究の進行状況:実際に化学療法を受けた対象者からのデータ収集が主体となるため対象数の確保が困難であるが、引き続きデータ数を増やし検討を続け研究を継続する。現在、化学療法を受けた対象者20名、化学療法を受けていない対象者5名分に対し、データの分析中。
