项目摘要

人は人生の大半を特定の職業に就いて過ごす.したがって,就業は個人の人生にとって極めて大きな意味を持つが,特に2つの時期において重要である.一つは,学校卒業時における就職活動であり,そのときの職業選択,就職先選択が比較的長い将来までその個人の生活,人生を規定するので,慎重な意思決定支援が求められる.もう一つは,リストラ等による中高年離職者の再就職活動であり,若年層とは異なる問題を抱え,その就業活動支援は心理的に慎重な対応が求められる.ところで,Z.Pawlak (1982,1991)の提唱したラフ集合分析は,ある結果をもたらす原因の組合せを抽出するひとつの手法であり,職業に関して抱える若年層および中高年層の問題をもたらす心理的要因を把握する有力な手法であることが示されたので,本研究では,若年層の職業未決定,職業人生設計に関する問題,中高年求職者の再就職支援などへの応用を発展させた.また,比較文化的研究として,日本の隣国であり,日本と同様にアメリカの影響を受けて発展してきた韓国においても質問紙調査を実施して,日本における状況と比較分析を行った.韓国の大学生に関する調査では,釜山の東義大学校(Dong-Eui University)劉亨淑(Hyung-Sook You)准教授の協力のもとに質問紙調査を行った.中高年齢者に関しては,過去に収拾した質問紙データを用いて,これまでの職業生活を支えてきた動機づけ,心の硬さ,再就職活動意識に関する関係について,ラフ集合による分析を進め,支援システムへの応用の基礎的知見を得た.
