项目摘要

質的比較分析(Qualitative Comparative Analysis)は,米国の社会学者C.C.Ragin (1987)によって,主として国際比較や社会変動のメカニズムを考察するために考案されたものである.ファジィ質的比較分析は,原因条件をファジィ集合で表現する質的比較分析のファジィ理論への拡張である(Ragin,2001)が,社会学あるいは社会心理学においては,ファジィ理論そのものに対する馴染みがほとんどないために,この新しいアプローチを適用した研究はほとんど行われていない.本研究では,C.C.Raginらによるファジィ質的比較分析の基本的理論,分析アルゴリズム等を検討するとともに,口本及び韓国の大学生の職業選択動機,職業人生設計の調査,分析,考察に応用することを目的とする。平成14年度は,主にC.C.Raginらによるファジィ質的比較分析のプログラムfs/QCAの理論,アルゴリズム,手順の理解,プログラムの実用化を進めた.その理論面については,"fs/QCAにおけるファジィ集合分析"(東京都立科学技術大学紀要,2002,第16巻,17-24)にまとめた.また,具体的な応用として,日本と韓国の大学生の職業意識に関する質問紙データへ応用した.その結果を,国際学会IMPS2001に"Construction of human decision making model by the combination of Boolean approach and fuzzy reasoning"として,また多文化関係学会第1回年次大会に"異文化研究の質的方法論"として発表を行った。平成15年度は,ファジィ質的分析のファジィ質的比較分析の展望を論じる(日本知能情報ファジィ学会誌,2004,16巻,3号,印刷中)とともに,大学生の職業決定,未決定の分析への応用を試みた(日本教育工学会論文誌,2003,27巻,85-88).また,日本と韓国の大学生の職業意思決定に関する調査データについては,現在分析を進めており,近いうちに学会発表,学会誌投稿を進める予定である.
