Study on Necessity and Possibility of Community Housing in the Longevity Society

本研究的目的是找出诱发社区住宅中各种人类居住价值的因素。可以认为，环境和社区之间的相互关系创造了这些价值。我们关注社区住宅共享空间的维护过程，特别是合作住宅“Ajirogi-yokochoh”和“U-court”，其中居民参与了规划和管理。社区意识是多变的，而在改善环境的过程中，社会意义的多样化是更新满意社区的因素之一。综上所述，促进社区住房应急管理是最重要的因素之一。应急管理是一个共同空间和共同生活之间相互作用的系统。没有任何生命是孤立的。其中的任何事件、任何创作都与应急管理千丝万缕相连，从而产生人的生存价值。

The purpose of this study is to find out the factors which induce the various human living values in community housing. It may be assumed that interelationship between environment and community creates such values.We concerned the maintenance process in the shared space of community housing, especially co-operative housing 'Ajirogi-yokochoh' and 'U-court' where residents' participation has been made both in the planning and in the management. The sense of community is changeable but one of the factors which renew the satisfactory community is the diverse meanings of socializing in the process of improving the environment.In conclusion, for promoting community housing emergent management is one of the most important factors. Emergent management is a system of mutual interaction between a common space and living together. Nothing living is ever isolated. Any event and any creation in it is connected by a thousand threads with the emergent management, and this generates human living values.
