The experimental system in established that the hydrostatic pressure of suprachoroidal space can be monitored constantly following implantation silicone sponge with inner cavity in rabbit eyes. Using this system, several factors which relate to the choroidal detachment, were identified, monitoring hydrostatic pressure of suprachoroidal space and intraocular pressure simultaneously.Results were obtained as follow :1. In rabbit eyes with normal intraocular pressure without inflammation, the hydrostatic pressure of suprachoroidal space is always lower than intraocular pressure.2. The decrease or extinguishment of difference between intraocular pressure and hydrostatic pressure of suprachoroidal space, which is considered as the initial stage of choroidal detachment, was observed with rabbit eyes with hypotony. The reverse phenomena, which is hydrostatic pressure of suprachoroidal space becomes higher than intraocular pressure, were observed with long-term hypotony rabbit eyes.3. In eyes with acute choroiditis by cryo application, same phenomena were observed. Such phenomena occurred more frequently in eyes with acute inflammation and hypotony.4. In clinical study, the aqueous protein level increased rapidly, before the appearance of choroidal detachment, it decreased after the extinguishment of choroidal detachment.The intraocular circulation of choroidal detachment in human eyes is very similar with the reverse phenomena in rabbit eyes.5. In the eye with disturbance of choroidal circulation, such as excessive scleral buckling and destruction of vortex vein, the reverse phenomena may be occurred under the condition of normal or high intraocular pressure.
建立了兔眼脉络膜上腔硅海绵植入后持续监测脉络膜上腔静压的实验系统。利用该系统对脉络膜脱离的相关因素进行了识别,同时监测了脉络膜上腔的流体静压和眼压。在眼压正常无炎症的兔眼中,脉络膜上腔的静水压力始终低于眼压.在低眼压兔眼上观察到眼压与脉络膜上腔流体静压差的降低或增大,认为这是脉络膜脱离的初期。长期低眼压兔眼则出现相反的现象,即脉络膜上腔的流体静压高于眼压.在急性脉络膜炎眼冷冻应用中,观察到相同的现象。这种现象在急性炎症和低眼压眼中更常见.临床研究发现,脉络膜脱离前房水蛋白水平迅速升高,脉络膜脱离后房水蛋白水平下降,人眼脉络膜脱离的眼内循环与兔眼脉络膜脱离后的眼内循环非常相似.在脉络膜循环障碍的眼中,如过度巩膜扣带和涡静脉破坏,在正常或高眼压条件下可发生相反的现象。
