项目摘要

本研究によって最終年度までに得られた成果は、以下のようにまとめられる。1.文献的研究から、障害児の母親の適応状態を評価する必要性が明らかとなった。そのため、母親の障害受容(適応)を評価する質問紙を作成した。これを用いて、発達障害が疑われる乳幼児をもつ母親の初期の障害受容過程の分析を行い、障害の受容には、母親と子どもの能動的相互交渉の成立が重要であることを明らかにした。2.母親、妊婦、大学生女子、高校生女子、父親、大学生男子、高校生男子、の7群を対象とし、母性概念の内包が5つの特性群から構成されることを確認した。この母性の深化モデルに基づき、障害をもつ子の母に対する母性支援モデルの作成した。3.聴覚障害児とその母親のコミュニケーションの事実過程の分析を通して、聴覚障害児の早期教育においては、子ども・家族・専門家の間の、調和的コミュニケーションの成立が重要であることを明らかにした。4.口唇・口蓋裂児の母親を対象として、彼女らの心理社会適応の背景となる要因について分析を行った。それに基づき、統合保育を行う上で母親との係わりが困難であった事例について、組織的な援助指導を行った。これらの事例を通して、母親への対応のあり方等を検討した。5.重複障害児の母子相互作用を追跡的に分析を行い、障害をもつ子どもの指導に際しては、養育者の教育活動を支援することも重要であることが分かった。6.聴覚障害幼児の読唇指導について、読唇指導法の報告・指導書をもとに各指導法の問題点を整理し、母親教育の方針にいて検討した。
