The finance of the SATSUMA feudal clan and "the riparian work in HOREKI (middle times of EDO) "

本研究的目的在于：一是搜集史料，为以后的研究奠定基础。二是经费超预算增长的原因及其对封建宗族财政的影响。第三，厘清建筑施工中大量死亡人员流出的原因，研究结果如下：1.经考证，除公开的部分史籍（*）外，与河岸治理工作有关的史籍不在鹿儿岛县。因此，我在名古屋大学图书馆和岐阜县历史史料馆收集了有关河岸工作的历史记录。2.通过河岸工程的建设，每年，这个地区的农民都获得了利润。可以得出这样的结论，这一事实带来了河岸工程建设费用的增加。认为滨水工程建设经费的增加使萨摩藩的财政陷入贫困的错误并不存在。但是，此后萨摩藩负债增加的原因，是重秀（**）的财政计划不严所导致的，这是合理的。4、由于它往往助长了萨摩藩传统教学方法的排他性和不具有可替代性的特点，笔者对《宝勒木河岸工》的研究才刚刚开始，遗留下来的问题很多，特别是在封建宗族财政问题上，因此，有必要对江户时代末期的铸钱进行长期的研究。

The purpose of this study is in the following point.First, it is in collecting historical records and laying the foundation of the indissoluble study. 2nd, It is a reason for the outlay increase above the estimate and the influence which it gives the feudal clan finance. 3rd, It is to make a reason for letting out a lot of dead persons while constructing clear.The result of the study is as follows.1. It was proved that the historical records which are related with the riparian work except the partial historical records which are public (****) were not in KAGOSHIMA prefecture. Therefore, I collected the historical records of the riparian work at the Nagoya-university library and the GIFU prefectural history historical records house.2. By the riparian work construction, every year, the farmer in this area made a profit. It is possible to conclude that this fact brings about the increase of the riparian work construction expenses.2. It mistakes that riparian work construction's outlay increase made poor-ize the finance of the SATSUMA feudal clan it is not. However, It is reasonable that the cause of the increase of the debt of the SATSUMA feudal clan after that was brought about by the lax financial plan by SHIGEHIDE (**).4, Because it promoted often the character at which the traditional teaching method of the SATSUMA feudal clan is exclusive and it doesn't have accommodate-ability, a lot of suicides during this construction period went out.My study of "the riparian work in HOREKI" is only begun, and there are a lot of problems to have been left in it. Especially, in the feudal clan finance problem, it is necessary to study in the long-range eyesight which included the casting money in the time of the end of Edo times.
