MEASURES FOR WASTE REDUCTION TO CREATE THE SOCIETY WITH RECYCLING SYSTEM

我们研究和分析了以下减废措施。回收利用2.减少和回收垃圾，提高行业产品的可回收性3.制造行业内具有环保意识和可回收利用的产品4。可回收垃圾分类收集和垃圾收集用户收费制度通过大量的研究和分析，我们定量地估计了上述措施在减少资源消耗、能源消耗和排放污染物方面的效果，并在调查的基础上建立了废物减少的预测模型。在建立预测模型时，我们参考了问卷调查的结果，得到了正在实施的措施和废物量。我们评估了分类收集可回收废物和废物收集用户收费制度对减少废物的影响。执行可回收废物的分类收集并不能减少废物。如果我们设定适当的收费价格，用户收费的垃圾收集制度是有效的减少废物。

We researched and analyzed the following measures for waste reduction.1. Recycling2. Refuse reduction and recycling, improvement recyclability of products from the industry3. Make products with environmental conscious goods and recyclability in the industry4. Separate collection of recyclable waste and user-charge system of waste collectionFrom many researches and analyzes, we estimated effect of above measures on reduction in amount of resource consumption, energy consumption and effluent pollutants quantitatively.We built up a prediction model for waste reduction with the measures based on our investigation. On building the prediction model, we referred to results of questionnaire to get the measures being put into practice and amount of waste. And we estimated effect of separate collection of recyclable waste and user-charge system of waste collection on waste reduction.1. Execution of the separate collection of recyclable waste does not bring about waste reduction.2. If we set adequate charge price, user-charge system of waste collection is effective for waste reduction.
