This study deal with the Japanese History Textbook for Lower Secondary School at the later period under occupation.On this piriod (1947-1950), Department of Education held the Committee of Revision of Japanese History Textbook for Lower Secondary school (1947.11)This committee's member discussed the style and content of the education of Japanese history in Social Studies.And this committee's draft had not be approved of GHQ・CIE finally, however, some members of this committee published "History of Japan" and an member published the textbook "Growth of Japan".This study mainly analyzed of committee itself and it's draft, still more, considerd these three Japanese History's mutualrelationship.

本文以日本占领后期的初中日本史教科书为研究对象，（1947-1950年），教育部召开初中日本历史教科书修订委员会（一九四七年十一月）该委员会的成员讨论了社会科中日本历史教育的形式和内容。该委员会的草案没有得到然而，该委员会的部分成员出版了《日本史》，一名成员出版了《日本的成长》教科书，本文主要分析了该委员会本身及其起草的《日本史》，并对这三部《日本史》的相互关系进行了探讨。
