项目摘要

今年度の研究は、(1)上山遺跡の発掘調査,(2)同遺跡出土品の図化作業の2項目について実施した。当初予定していたプラントオパール分析は、今後の出土品整理の過程で行なう。(1).発掘調査は、9月18日〜25日に明治大学々生の応援を得て実施した。その結果は次の3項目。(a).昨年度(3月16日〜23日)の調査で検出した縄文晩期末〜弥生時代前期の包含層の追跡。耕作による撹乱が激しかったものの、小範囲ながら同包含層を検出し、東北中部方面と共通する土器を主とし、新潟平野方面の要素を混える土器郡が出土した。(b).後期包含層の残存状況の把握。国の重要文化財に指定された巻貝形土製品・足形付土製品を出土した後期包含層が良好な状態でなお残存することが確認でき、また土器から西日本と東北日本との後期末〜晩期初の編年研究に進展をもたらし得る見通しを得た。(c).1968年発見石囲炉の再検出。これは検出できなかった。(2).既出土品の図化では、後期〜晩期末の編年整備の要点となるものを中心に行った。(1).(2)により、当地域が東北地方と北陸地方(〜西日本)との交流の中継点であることを確認し、また後期末〜晩期初頭、晩期末〜弥生初頭の東西日本の編年関係を知る好資料・データを得た。なお、生業を知るための石器群については、集計途中。

This year's research includes two projects: (1) excavation and investigation of mountain relics, and (2) chemical work of archaeological relics. The analysis of the original plan will be carried out in the future. (1). The investigation was carried out from September 18 to 25, 2011. The result is 3 items. (a).
