北海道大学の山口氏との討論を通じて、非可換幾何学の研究というのは、結局非可換の世界をどのように視覚化、直観化して、言語にしていくかという研究、つまり非可換である世界そのものゝ研究(これは物理学の目標)ではなく、それを理解しようとしている人間の認識様式の研究であることが確認でき、大いに進展した.具体的には非可換世界のモデルとして考案したμ-regulated algebraなるものゝ表現論を作りあげる見通しができた.今年度は交付決定の時期が遅かったので時期的に研究集会、その他の研究連絡に使用することが難しく、とりあえず、以前からの懸案であったサーバーの購入古くなってきたパーソナルコンピューターの更新、及びソフトウェアの整備に使用した。数学の研究は他の人との討論が極めて大切であるが、時間的制約の為その部分は十分とはいゝ難かったのが残念である.
