The works concerning of irrigation, drainage and reclamation engineering are storongly related to the landscape problem. However, there is no suitable method of evaluating the landscape altered by the works as well as by the civil engineerig works. This study deals with the problems on the design method of agricultural engineering works in which landscape is thought as one of the impotant matters. Design programs by using personal computer or computer of usual scale are developed for the 3 dimensional display of the related area on a cathode ray tube. A synthetic method of the image taken by a video camera and the image drawn by a personal computer is also studied. Procedures of proceeding a project with the consideration to landscape are proposed to encourage the engineers who are forced with the problems of landscape design.The perspective of geographical feature is displayed by the contour line or mesh data computed from the degitized contour line. The image of constructing structure is superimposed on the geographical feature of present condition on a screen of CRT. The data base system of landscape is also discussed here for the purpose of the coservation of natural beauty. Landscape design in the agricultural engineering works is discussed in three categories of rural planning, design of work and operation of project.
灌溉、排水、围垦等工程与景观问题密切相关。然而,目前还没有合适的方法来评估由工程和土木工程改变的景观。本文针对以景观为重点的农业工程设计方法问题进行了研究。用个人计算机或一般规模的计算机编制了阴极射线管有关区域的三维显示设计程序。还研究了摄像机拍摄的图像和个人计算机绘制的图像的合成方法。提出了考虑景观的项目实施程序,以鼓励面临景观设计问题的工程师,通过等高线或由等高线计算的网格数据来显示地理要素的透视。建造结构的图像叠加在CRT屏幕上的现状地理特征上。为了更好地保护自然美景,本文还讨论了景观数据库系统。从乡村规划、工程设计和工程运作三个方面论述了景观设计在农业工程中的应用。
